How do I get the price of an item that interests me? Simply click on the "Contact Us" tab adjacent to the item. This will generate an e-mail directed to Bardith. The stock number of the item will automatically be included in your inquiry. Please provide us with the best means of contacting you during normal business hours or let us know if you need special assistance. How do I purchase an item from Bardith? Bardith accepts personal and corporate checks. When sending a check please note that we will ship the purchased items as soon as our bank clears the check. We accept Master Card and Visa when accompanied by a valid billing address. You can contact us with credit card or debit card information by email, fax, telephone, or mail. Does Bardith, Ltd. ship items on approval? We know that you may need to see an item in its intended place before making a final decision. We require payment before we ship to you. Upon your receipt of an item you will have 14 days to make your decision. If you decide to return the merchandise you must notify us before you ship it. We will refund the full purchase price once the item has been returned. You will be responsible for insurance and shipping on the return to Bardith.
Do you buy pottery and porcelain from individuals? Some of our items are purchased from individuals. We are very particular about what we buy. If you have an item for sale, please send us an e-mail with pictures of the item. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will contact you to let you know if we are interested in purchasing the item.
How do I find out more about the condition of an item on the Bardith web site?
Descriptions of repairs and restorations, where applicable, are accessed by clicking "View/More" below each item. General notes about Dutch Delft and Chinese porcelain can be found at the beginning of each relevant section and on the Condition Guide. We can send you a condition report on any items you are interested in purchasing.
Will you help me find to find an item if you don't have it in stock?
Our inventory is always changing. We will enter the item on our request list and contact you if it comes into our stock.
Do you have items in stock that are not shown on your web site? Yes. Because our collection is vast and comprehensive, it's not possible to show everything here. See About Us for more information about the range of items we carry. If you don't see what you're looking for on our web site, visit our shops, or Contact Us.
How do you use personal information gathered from the site? Bardith does not sell or pass on any of your personal information. The information you supply allows us to do business with you. Do you ship to countries outside the United States? We ship to clients all over the world. For delivery outside of the United States please consult with a local customs clearance broker as to local duties, fees and regulations, as the purchaser will be responsible for these upon release from customs.
